The U.S. premiere of the internationally traveling exhibition on the work of contemporary Belgian artist Michaël Borremans opens at the DMA in March 2015. Co-organized by the DMA and Center for Fine Arts, Brussels (BOZAR) and curated by Jeffrey Grove, Michaël Borremans: As sweet as it gets is the first to bring together the artist’s paintings, drawings, and films from over the last fifteen years in a single survey. The exhibition is comprised of well-known and rarely exhibited works from private and public collections in Europe and the United States, including 50 paintings, 40 drawings, and five films.
